Fire damage SEO pricing for restoration firms, plan by plan

Every card below belongs to a restoration company's marketing, and every number is a monthly fee for our work. Fire damage SEO pricing here is split into two families: the search plans on the first row, and the paid ads plans on the second. Read the difference between the cards before the difference between the numbers.

Search plans for a fire damage restoration company

Silver, Gold and Platinum set how many pages are built for your fire jobs and towns, and whether our team also builds and runs your website. Gold and Platinum each carry a switch for companies that keep the site they already have.
  • Silver

    $1,495/month

The entry plan for a restoration company that already runs its own website and wants more pages and a better-kept map listing.

    • Twenty-five landing pages, each answering one kind of fire job you take on
    • Four Strategic Content Assets delivered every month
    • Google Business Profile edited so it agrees with the new pages
    • Review requests set for finished jobs, with reply drafts for you to approve
    • Phone and form activity counted per page and summarized monthly
  • Platinum

    $3,495/month

The widest plan: the largest set of pages, the busiest content calendar and the same website service as Gold.

    • One hundred landing pages, set out by job type, property type and neighborhood
    • Twelve Strategic Content Assets delivered every month
    • Our team builds and maintains your company website, and adds pages to it as the plan growsDropped from the total
    • Outreach to local sites for links, plus the Maps listing edited alongside
    • Wording shaped for AI assistants, call and form totals, and a monthly summary of each change

Ad budgets are paid by you to each network and are not part of these fees. Plans renew monthly until you tell us to stop.

Paid ads plans for restoration firms on one, two or three networks

The fee follows the number of ad platforms we run for you. What the networks charge for clicks is separate, and it goes from your card to them.
  • One ad platform

    $895/month

One network, run end to end by us, for a company that wants to start with a single ad desk.

    • Start with the network you name: Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
    • Campaigns and ad text built from the fire jobs you want to book
    • Exclusion lists kept current for product shoppers and job seekers
    • Calls and form requests read against each click charge
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295/month

All three networks in use at once, managed as one program.

    • All three networks in use at once: Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
    • Campaigns for each network, built around the job types you pick
    • Exclusion lists kept current on all three accounts
    • One summary that sets the three networks against each other

Ad budgets are paid by you to each network and are not part of these fees. Plans renew monthly until you tell us to stop.

Reading the cards the way a restoration owner would

Start with the pages. Silver builds twenty-five landing pages, Gold builds fifty and Platinum builds one hundred. The job types you take and the towns you serve decide which of those numbers fits. A company with a single job type in a handful of towns may need fewer pages than the cards offer, and a firm with residential and commercial work across a wide service area may need every one of the hundred.

Next, look at the website line. On Gold and Platinum our team builds the company website and keeps it running, with hosting and edits handled. If your company would rather keep the site it has, each of those two cards carries a switch that removes the website from the total. We leave the figures to the cards themselves, so you read them where they are set out.

Then read the content line. Four, eight or twelve Strategic Content Assets arrive each month, depending on the card. These are written about your own services and the way your company works, in your words, and never as advice to a reader about what to do around a fire.

On the ad side, one ad network costs $895 a month, two cost $1,595 and all three cost $2,295. The platforms to choose from are Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). The ad budget is a different thing: you pay it to the network, in whatever amount you set, and it is not part of our fee.

What this page does not list is anything about the cost of restoration work itself. Our fees cover marketing for a restoration company. How your company prices its own jobs, and what it says about them, is yours to decide.

Two combinations are worth picturing without any invented company behind them. A firm that keeps its own site and wants to be found in a few towns could pair Silver with one ad platform. A firm that wants a new site, a wide page count and a presence on all three networks could pair Platinum with the three-platform ad plan. Both are the same structure with different quantities in it, and you can adjust the quantities as the months go by.

Each monthly summary we send lists what was published, what was edited and how many calls and written inquiries each page or campaign produced. It does not predict where any page will land, and it does not claim a result we have not counted.

One more note on how to read a price: a plan card works like a label. It tells you what is inside, who it suits and what happens next. If a card does not say it, it is not in the plan.

Plan questions from fire damage restoration owners

How should a fire restoration company choose among Silver, Gold and Platinum?
Count the fire job types you take and the towns you serve, then decide whether you want our team to build and run your website. Silver is for a company that keeps its own site. Gold and Platinum include one that we build, and Platinum adds a larger page count and outreach to local sites for links. The services page walks through the same choice in more detail.
What does the website switch on the Gold and Platinum cards do for a restoration company?
It lets a company that already has a website it wants to keep take the website out of the total. The pages, the content assets and the other lines on the card stay the same. Our website design page describes what the included site looks like. If you switch the website off and later want it back, the card can be changed at the start of a month.
Does the ad spend for fire damage campaigns sit inside the paid ads fee?
No. The fee pays for the campaign work, the ad text, the exclusion lists and the reading of calls and inquiries. The money the network spends on your clicks is charged by the network to your own account, in the amount you decide.
Can a fire damage restoration firm hold a search plan and a paid ads plan together?
Yes. The two families are priced apart, and each runs on its own monthly fee. A firm can start with one and add the other later, and either can be set aside when a month ends. The paid ads page shows how the ad side runs.
How does a fire damage SEO plan start, renew and stop?
A plan is invoiced for the month it covers. Nothing is charged to begin, and no contract holds you to a length of time. When you want to stop, you say so, and the next month is not invoiced.
What is a Strategic Content Asset on a fire restoration company's plan?
It is one written piece, drafted for your company's own site or profile, about a service you offer or a town you work in. The wording is yours to approve. We do not write about how a fire job is carried out, and the owner decides every claim about timing, credentials and insurance.
